Tentative Agreements Reached in Community Social Services Sector

CSSEA is pleased to announce that our Employer Bargaining Committee and the Community Social Services Bargaining Association (CSSBA) have reached tentative agreements for all three of its membership divisions, the culmination of nearly one year of negotiations and after an intensive series of meetings over the past several weeks.

Register for CSSEA's Online Learning Hub

The online learning hub provides leaders and managers with valuable training on labour relations and other leadership topics. These training modules are customized for community social services employers and were developed by CSSEA staff, in collaboration with the EQ Development Group. The modules are about one hour each. They are designed to be self-directed and completed at each learner’s own pace. The CSSEA modules are free of charge until June 2025 and the EQ Development modules are currently offered at a discounted price.
