CSSEA Ratification Information Meetings

These meetings are being held to provide an overview of the proposed changes and to support employers in preparing for the upcoming ratification process. Attendees will have the opportunity to review key updates, ask questions, and seek clarification on any aspects of the proposed agreements.

The ratification information sessions are intended for Executive Directors and management/excluded staff only. Please bring with you the Summary of Changes for reference.

2026 Compensation and Employee Turnover Report Orientation Sessions

Compensation and Employee Turnover Report is an annual report conducted by CSSEA for the social services sector of British Columbia. The purpose of the report is collect funding, compensation, workforce demographics and employee turnover information. This information is the basis for total compensation base reported to PSEC, costing information for collective bargaining, statistics, reports and CSSEA publications. The deadline for completion of the report will be June 30, 2026.
