Compensation and Employee Turnover Report is an annual report conducted by CSSEA for the social services sector of British Columbia. The purpose of the report is collect funding, compensation, workforce demographics and employee turnover information. This information is the basis for total compensation base reported to PSEC, costing information for collective bargaining, statistics, reports and CSSEA publications. The deadline for completion of the report will be June 30, 2025.

The Report User Guide is available to assist agencies to complete the report. Hard copy of the Report User Guide will be available during the orientation sessions.
