CSSEA has posted the new wage grids for employees covered by the Community Living Services, General Services, and Indigenous Services collective agreements.
The wage grids, effective the first full pay period on or after April 1, 2025, and April 1, 2026, reflect the application of the 3% General Wage Increases (GWI) under the 2025 to 2029 collective agreements.
Employers should implement the new wage rates, and then calculate and pay retroactivity as soon as the corresponding funding becomes available. The funders advise that they are actively processing these increases but that it may still take several months before the funding is available.
