The parties have agreed on the distribution of the Facilities Wage Comparability, effective April 1, 2023. The agreement provides for the following wage increases:
The parties will review the 2023 and 2024 wage schedules of CSSEA paraprofessional occupations comparable to occupations under the Health Science Professionals Sector Collective Agreement after the 2024 wage schedule of the new Health Science Professionals profile-based classification system is finalized.
The April 1, 2024 wage grids includes 2% GWI and 1% COLA, effective April 1, 2024.
