If your organization provides community social services to British Columbians, but does not meet the criteria to be a member, CSSEA offers three different levels of human resources and labour relations services for associates depending on your needs.
Associate Service Levels
Consulting Services including bargaining - $10,000 plus GST per year (Minimum 3 Year Term)
- Bargaining services.
- Integrated human resources and labour relations advice, services and training.
- Employment standards interpretation with respect to legislation and regulation.
- Disability management advice.
- Access to CSSEA’s publications including manuals, self-help guides, templates and news updates.
- Labour relations and human resources training.
- Dispute resolution advice and representation.
- Sector compensation surveys and reports.
- Job classifications.
- Compensation analysis.
Consulting Services - $5,000 plus GST per year
- Integrated human resources and labour relations advice, services and training.
- Employment standards interpretation with respect to legislation and regulation.
- Disability management advice.
- Access to CSSEA’s publications including manuals, self-help guides, templates and news updates.
- Labour relations and human resources training.
- Dispute resolution advice and representation.
- Sector compensation surveys and reports.
- Job classifications.
- Compensation analysis.
- Preferred rate of $125 per hour plus GST for bargaining services.
Subscriptions Services - $200 plus GST per year
- Access to CSSEA’s publications including manuals, self-help guides, templates and news updates.
- Preferred hourly rates plus GST for HRLR consulting services, human rights and all other human resources and labour relations services.
Whether you are a small agency that only requires human resources services on demand or a large agency with day-to-day needs, there is a service level to match your unique requirements.
Both levels of Consulting Services offer large agencies, with regular demands, all the benefits of the Subscription Services level as well as the ability to access CSSEA’s HRLR expertise on a regular basis, including collective bargaining, at a fixed cost.
Subscription Services offers smaller agencies access to CSSEA’s valuable HRLR resources like manuals, guides, templates and news updates with the flexibility of having an HRLR specialist on call at a low preferred rate.
