The Ministry of Health and BC Centre for Disease Control recently released interim public health guidelines on best practices in the prevention and control of COVID-19 within social services facilities. The guidelines address the most effective ways to reduce the spread of COVID-19, as well as procedures when individuals are suspected or confirmed to have contracted COVID-19. Employers are advised to review the guidelines carefully and to distribute and post the document widely to employees and throughout their worksites.
