We are pleased to offer you the 2014 Employee Turnover Report – by Classification and a one-page highlight. These documents are available for download from the Social Services Workforce Information System (WFIS), under CSSEA Publications.

The 2014 Employee Turnover Report – by Classification supplements the 2014 Employee Turnover Report and provides an overview of employee turnover rates for the sector by job classification.

The information contained in this report is compiled from data collected via the 2014 Compensation and Employee Turnover Survey.

REMINDER: 2015 COMPENSATION AND EMPLOYEE TURNOVER SURVEY

We would like to thank those members who have completed the 2015 Compensation and Employee Turnover Survey.

Although the deadline for submission of the survey has passed and some of you have requested an extension, please submit your survey as soon as possible. It is important that all agencies complete the survey so your information can be included in our sector report to government, support the job classification review and the allocation and distribution of the comparability and anomaly funds from the 2014 – 2019 collective agreements.
