Eric rejoined the Community Social Services Employers Association (CSSEA) in December 2011 as Director of Research and Knowledge Management department. His team’s responsibilities include providing labour market and compensation data, analysis and costing support during collective bargaining, the joint job evaluation program (JJEP), information technology infrastructure and data systems. He previously held the role of Compensation and Benefits Coordinator at CSSEA from 2000 to 2003, in which he led the Employers’ team that developed the Community Social Services Joint Job Evaluation system and provincial wage schedule.

Before rejoining CSSEA, he was the Director of Research and Knowledge Management for six years at Health Employers’ Association of BC (HEABC). Prior to holding the position of Director, he was a Senior Physician Compensation Consultant at HEABC. Eric has significant experience with public sector bargaining, having been a member of the BC Government Physician Negotiations Team and various other bargaining teams for health care workers in HEABC.

Before moving to Canada, Eric was the Compensation Manager for Coca Cola Bottlers Philippines Inc. (CCBPI). Prior to joining Coca Cola, he worked for ten years in the telecommunication industry doing job evaluations, organization studies, business process reengineering and manpower planning. Eric holds a degree in B.S. Industrial Management Engineering.
